A useful spare-parts inquiry identifies the machine and the component together. A photo alone may not show the gauge or the configuration needed to confirm compatibility.

Machine Information

Include the model, gauge, serial number and any available nameplate photo. If a machine has a particular configuration, describe it clearly instead of assuming the same part fits every machine in the series.

Component Information

Provide an overall machine photo, a close-up of the component and any marked part number. State the required quantity. For yarn feeding parts or consumables, include a photo of the installed arrangement.

Delivery and Follow-up

Include the delivery destination and explain whether you are asking about a planned replacement or a current service issue. Compatibility, availability and delivery arrangements need confirmation for the specific request.
