Classic Sweater Knitting Machine
A compact computerized flat knitting machine for sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats and sports supports.
Choose the gauge, knitting width and configuration to match your knitting application. See the model-specific data below.
Features

Motor-Controlled Carriage
All carriage actions are motor controlled. Optimized travel, zero-return operation, automatic action detection and intelligent correction support stable production.

Waste-Yarn-Free Comb
A wire passes through the loops for waste-yarn-free take-down. Servo closed-loop traction provides controlled tension and reduces waste-yarn knitting and separation work.

Automatic Lubrication
Low oil quantity and pressure alerts, with adjustable lubrication timing and quantity, help reduce carriage and needle-bed wear.

Pattern Sizing
Adjust course and wale repeat counts according to fabric dimensions to produce different sizes from one machine file.

Knitting Plans
Set required quantities for front panels, back panels and sleeves. The system executes the production sequence continuously.

Bilateral Stitch Density
Control stitch density on each fabric edge independently to adjust edge lengths and improve consistency.
